BenefitsIf you work more than 35 hours per week, health benefits are available to you from Regional Nursing Services. We have a group plan and RNS pays 1/2 of the cost. The health plan includes a Dental Plan and Prescription Plan. Many educational opportunities are offered at Regional Nursing Services. Most are offered at cost or below (often for free). Scholarships are offered to homemakers and Health Care Aids to upgrade to become certified Personal Support Workers. The cost of the course is paid on completion. Employee assistance is offered to all employees. Referral to counseling, or other needed service can be arranged if needed. You are encouraged to contact the office if you have a problem so that we can assist you to find the resources you need.
