Client Survey Results!
Client Satisfaction Surveys are sent out once a month to cross section of our clients. We ask our clients to rate their satisfaction with our services by responding to 13 questions. We carefully review the results and impliment education and improvement strategies based on the survey results.
The chart represents our clients overall satisfaction with our services, based on the surveys from the first quarter of 2011.
